Cannot opening Saved .msg file with Outlook 2105 (Build 14026.20243 Click-to-Run)

When trying to opening a saved msg file (an email that I have saved as to a storage location on my network), I get the following error message:

Does anyone know a fix for this?

I open saved msg files all day long every day, but recently formatted my computer and this problem arose.
