Cannot edit signature on outlook 365 mail
I recently subscribed to outlook 365. I am not able to edit my signatures for emails. When I go to File - Options-Mail-Signature I am unable to open and or edit Signature. My old signatures are sti...
In Outlook, Go to File --> Options-->Mail-Signature . Then you can add new signatures using New action.
For editing the signature, select the required one from the list, then it will populate the content below. save the content once edited and check.

SanthoshB1 I just saw your answer and wondered if you can help me. I don't actually have Signature option on my Outlook. I follow all the steps in the instructions I find online but it's not there, I've had a couple of people show me on their computer but it's not on my outlook for some reason. I have a signature that I can't change and it lists our old address so I'm keen to get to the bottom of this.
