Cannot edit signature on outlook 365 mail

First thing I tried.
Nor response when I hit Signature nor can I edit.
This problem has been escalated to Microsoft support
Have the same issue. Did you got any resolutions / workaround from Microsoft support?

- I am having the same issue. All options under the signature setting are greyed out
