Cannot edit Outlook IMAP server settings - MacOS Monterey 12.6.6

I need to update my email account settings under MacOS Outlook - when I pull-up account settings only the description and password are editable - server and ports are not editable???

 This is after recent Outlook updates on June 1.  Inbox shows continual "Loading ..." for 24 hours
