Cannot add shared mailbox in Outlook on MAC
I cannot add shared mailbox in Outlook on MAC, because the same mailbox was added as IMAP account in the past. When I add the email address, it shows a cached sugestion from the previous IMAP account...
This was the solution: Outlook > Preferences > Accounts > plus (+) > New Account > type the name of the shared mailbox and click Continue > Sign in with another account > Replace the Sign in with your main email address and click Next > enter your NetID password > Done.
