Cannot access Outlook from various platforms

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me on here as I am at my wits end.

Today (10/07/2025) I tried to access my hotmail account via my mobile phone  on a email app that I have been using for years and received the message "Check your account and exchange server information, then try again".

I then tried accessing through the Outlook app and get these prompts, add account, accounts found, continue, an error occurred try again later.

Then try on my windows pc using Firefox and chrome (with the same results on both,) sign in, no password requested, white screen with envelope popping up and down with this url https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/?bO=4&msalAuthRedirect=true then

https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/?bO=1&msalAuthRedirect=true&sessionId=f2a8b4f0-ebb3-4bad-be1b-de744681dbca with a final page that has this error message

Check if IMAP/POP3 is on in the settings, if not, reset the password, and it's usually solved.
