Can you have Two outllook emails on one account

With a single Microsoft account, can you setup more than one outlook.com email? One for the primary stuff and a second to use for other stuff?? Haven't read anywhere how to do this. Help please.

I created an alias.

However what I noticed was the email response to the alias is received , it is also sent to the primary email.

I wish to keep each individual so they don't overlap emails.

Thoughts?

You can create a shared mailbox to send and receive messages through different mail accounts. It will have its email address. This feature is unavailable for personal and family plans.

  so to have totally seperate email inboxes with outlook, I would have to create a second Microsoft account as per se, a different person? Having a single Microsoft account I can't have two email inboxes?
