"550 5.1.10 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipientNotFound" when Microsoft 365 users send emails to on-premises users in a hybrid deployment

Here are a few more possible causes and solutions you can try:

    1. Verify the email address: Double-check that you're entering the correct email address when composing or replying to emails. Even a small typo can result in the recipient not being found. Ensure there are no extra spaces, misspellings, or missing characters.

    2. Check recipient's mailbox settings: It's possible that the recipient's email server has certain restrictions or configurations that prevent emails from being delivered or accepted. Contact the recipient and ask them to check their mailbox settings or whitelist your domain to ensure proper email delivery.

    3. Review your email account settings: Confirm that your email account settings, including the outgoing mail server (SMTP) settings, are correctly configured. Ensure that there are no restrictions or filters set up that may be blocking emails to that specific domain.

Hope this will help I do not know more than that!
