Can Outlook Signature have additional Features ???
With work from Anywhere concept gaining pace, often times teams would be working across multiple time zones.
In order to ensure a sustainable work culture i have consciously decided to use a signature that respects others work hours - something like below whenever i send out an email after 5 PM AEST š
"Iām sending this message now because it works for me. Feel free to read, act on or respond at a time that works for you "
Is there an existing feature in outlook where a specific Signature can be used everyday after my regular work hours 9- 5 . Something like Auto Reply that can be scheduled and a meeting that can be made recurrent š
- There is no such feature. You have to create a s script or add-in to do that.
