Can I find out at what date was email marked by color category by user in a shared mailbox?

Hi

We have a shared mailbox, some users have access to it.

They mark the mails by color categories, then we can see who's mail it is and who manages.

but

is it possible to see when the user marked the email using color category?

I tried it in outlook but I can't find when the specific emails was marked by user.
