Can´t send attached files with outlook on Mac, on my company mail

I am having issues with sending attached files on email on my company account, they are moved to the draft folder and report the error.

I would like to understand the way to solve the problem, I can send attached files on my windows pc.

This look like a problem related only with Mac.
