Can´t add IMAP email to the outlook Desktop APP Windows 11
I have several emails already in the outlook Desktop APP Windows 11. Some of them are other outlook accounts, some are IMAP. For some reason I can´t add a new specific IMAP account. I do can add it...
Hi Jorge, adding an account when Outlook is first launched or when open might not set up with IMAP I have found. I go to the control pane/mail app and add it manually in the profile. This will allow you to configure the IMAP settings a bit differently and I have success more often this way. The autoconnector to add might be trying to connect to the wrong server.
