Calendar reminders disappear after about 7 days in "new outlook"
If I go back to "old outlook" the reminders works correctly? I can't find in new outlook any settings that indicate number of days to keep calendar reminders before they are auto-deleted. It appears to be an on/off feature.

I have finally decided to go back (third time I have done so) to the "old" Outlook, since in addition to this problem, I have encountered another problem (also very annoying): Sometimes Outlook don't let me edit events (especially if it is recurring)
- pkeaneVECopper ContributorWe also are facing this issue. I understand that calendar reminders are not the most appropriate way to list tasks or things which still need to be addressed, but this is how people have done things for years. I am trying out the "To Do" tab in Outlook to see how that performs but users are still wanting to have the same reminders experience as they had in the Classic Outlook.
I hope this feature is restored. Failing that, maybe having an option to convert a reminder into a to-do task? However, I do have users asking me if tasks will automatically appear in reminders and how to manage so that these also don't disappear.
Its frustrating 😞- breathingbotCopper Contributor
I was having this issue and have been using Legacy Outlook since then. Curious if anyone is using New Outlook now and has this issue of reminders auto-closing been addressed?
