Calendar Invites Automatically Deleted

Several people in my immediate family routinely send me invitations to appointments, and these never make it to my inbox.  They are safe senders, and their regular emails to me always arrive. My wife's invitations go to junk.  Invitations from two other addresses never appear anywhere at all. They are all coming from GMail addresses. Help!
