Cached Outlook Account Removal?

I am using Outlook 2019 and when I go to add a new email account it displays a list of accounts I had used with the app in the past, that I no longer have. Even though I have fully removed the accounts, even uninstalled Office and reinstalled a newer version (these emails were used in Office 2016) they still appear with no option for removal (it is not under advanced options). I even went into the registry and tried removing all the Outlook profile keys, as well as app data. Where are these accounts being stored??
