Bug in greek outlook choose ordinance of outlook

please help me I have a problem after I sign in at greek outlook appers a note which is written :choose ordinance of outlook  and it is frozing..!

The only choose I have to do is to click click to the interlink which is written inside the note which says: update Microsoft 365 for experience without advertisements and when I press it it appears another site which says to pay :

and I can't get inside to my mails not even to sign out...
