BT Emails on Outlook New

I have been using New Outlook for Windows for a few months. I have 2 third party email accounts set up and both have been working fine until today when I received a message telling me to sign into my btinternet account. Since then I have not been able sign in. I have deleted and reinstalled the account but it makes no difference.

This is happen on on both my Windows 11 devices. I also use Outlook on 2 Android devices and they are signing in fine, so the fault must be at the Outlook end and not with BT.

Has anyone else experienced this issue today? Any suggestions how to resolve?

  • I'd start by changing your password for the binternet account, even though people say it's the "good one" it's messed up.
