Bounced emails? Outlook integrated with a CRM.
Anyone know the possible reasons why anyone who tries to contact me gets their emails bounced?
So, recently, I integrated my Outlook account to a CRM system, and I've been using the system for sending and receiving emails as the platform helps with my contact creation and nurturing. The problem started when I got an email from my contacts saying they could not send me an email because their emails keep getting bounced.
Does anyone know if this is due to an Outlook issue?

The most likely reason why emails sent to you are bouncing, even though you have integrated your Outlook account with a CRM system, is due to a problem with the integration between Outlook and your CRM system.
To troubleshoot the issue, you can try the following:
- Contact your CRM system administrator. Ask them to check the integration between Outlook and your CRM system to make sure that it is working properly.
- Try sending an email to yourself from a different email address. If the email bounces back, then the problem is most likely with your Outlook account. If the email does not bounce back, then the problem is most likely with the integration between Outlook and your CRM system.
If you are still having problems, here are some additional tips to help prevent emails from bouncing:
- Make sure that your Outlook account is properly configured to send and receive emails.
- Make sure that your CRM system is properly configured to integrate with Outlook.
- Keep your Outlook software and CRM system up to date.
