Both my Email accounts have been hacked

Hi, Recently both of my emails of my emails have been compromised by someone in a different country. They got past my 2F authentication(I wasn't using an Authenticator though I will be from now on)...

I believe that you should report to the Police to protect yourself as these accounts can be used for further violations.

Are you using Outlook on your computer or phone?
