body of some mails is blank

Some mails I receive do not display the content of the mail. What causes this and what settings need to change?

Hi,The received email might be having an image on it, that's why it is not downloading properly.Please do the below changes in your OUTLOOK, which will resolve your issue.Go to Tools &gt; Options &gt; Security tab &gt; Change Automatic Download Settings &gt; and then uncheck “Don’t download pictures or other content automatically in HTML e-mail”.Thank you,Regards,MD
