Blank emails after upload from webmail

I have just added a new account to Outlook and entered all the "Zoho" info into the box. All emails transferred but most of them are blank. Checked the Webmail on Zoho and they are fine. Any suggestions. On chat someone suggested start computer a few time to no avail. Its Mac computer
