Autoreplies to some emails - rules
OK, I have slightly unusual one.
We receive certain type of emails that I need to set rules for autoreply. Those emails are enquiries from potential clients from a 3rd party website. It arrives to us as sent by email address removed for privacy reasons. The body of the email has client's email address. What is more, those enquiry emails are somehow set so that when we hit 'reply' to the email, a new email created by outlook has in the 'To' line has an email address of the potential customer rather than email address removed for privacy reasons.
Hopefully the above makes sense. The issue we have is that if we set a rule for autoreplies, the reply is sent to 'no-reply@' (so the source of the email and the 'Sender') rather than the client's email address (so does not work the same way when we reply manually to those emails).
Is there a way or a workaround for this?
Thanks

- Victor_IvanidzeBronze ContributorThe only workaround I see is using a Power Automate flow.
You can use this one as a base: https://www.ivasoft.com/autoreplyflow.shtml- Slawek1Copper Contributor
Victor_Ivanidze Thank you so much. This goes beyond what I am capable to do but having read it, it is exactly what we need. And also answers the questions about while our standard rules reply to the sender and not 'reply To address' in the email.
Thank you
