Automatically restore windows in outlook

Is there a way to still restore windows (open emails) in outlook in the case where you accidently selected "No" on the pop up asking "Outlook closed while you had items open.  Reopen those items from your last session."  Or is that recovery information lost the minute you click "No"?  Hoping there is some persistent recovery file out there I can still invoke.
