Automatic read receipt for email template

Hi.

I have created a draft email that has drop down menus in the message body. I need users to be able to re use this email with an automatic read receipt only for this particular email.

 

I need to find a way for this draft email to be re usable, with an automatic receipt, as many time a we need.

    (In Outlook for Windows) Mark the "Request a read receipt for this message" checkbox in the message properties before saving the template.
