Automated Outlook Signature in Office 365
Hello, we plan automated signature on outgoing mails with outlook in office365. Ext. solutions emails leave our tenant to their Azure to add signature and to send it back all via connectors. Is there any solution for automated signature where Email do not leave companys Office 365 tenant? Is there an API for this?
If you don't want to use 3rd party product that feature a mail flow component, your options are to either configure a disclaimer-type transport rule to append signatures (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/Exchange/policy-and-compliance/mail-flow-rules/signatures), or educate users. Technically, you can use GPOs and the OWA settings to pre-configure signatures, the mobile devices are the problem usually. That, and the fact that users can override/remove signatures.
