auto delete sent items

I know the date I sent it is the same it was went since it was received right away
I doubt I should need a registry key, it should be quite a basic thing?

Since auto archive didn't work with your settings, I would set the key - if, for some reason, the modified date on the messages changed, you need the key set. (Moving, marking read, flagging/unflagging or adding categires will change the modified date.)

- Sep 21, 2022Did you add the modified date field to the view to see what the date on each message is? If the modified date is the same as the sent date, then we know this is not why archive failed.
If it is a newer date - what did you do on that date to cause the modified date to change. How likely will you do it again?
Your other option is to ask your IT admin to add the registry key.
