auto delete sent items

Were any messages deleted?
Autoarchive runs on the last modified date, which would be the date it was sent unless you moved the messages.
You need to set a registry key to archive by received date (which is also the sent date) - but that shouldn't matter with sent items - unless you used delay send, then its the date it was actually sent, not when you hit Send.

I know the date I sent it is the same it was went since it was received right away
I doubt I should need a registry key, it should be quite a basic thing?
- Sep 21, 2022Since auto archive didn't work with your settings, I would set the key - if, for some reason, the modified date on the messages changed, you need the key set. (Moving, marking read, flagging/unflagging or adding categires will change the modified date.)
