Attachments not showing
I can't retrieve my attachments, even though the paper clip shows they are there. When I look on my mobile app I can see the attachments and when I forward the email on my Mac they appear - but I can...
Seeing the same thing with one of our clients. Outlook 16.66.1 on Big Sur (macOS 11/10.16).
Completely resetting preferences and resetting up Outlook did not seem to fix it for us.
I could not get it to happen with the same account on another Mac - same version of Outlook, just on macOS Monterey (12/10.17)
- It was also happening on 16.66 for him as well. I updated him to 16.66.1 while trying to fix it
