Attachments hidden on signed emails. smime.p7m shows instead

When I received signed emails with attachments I see the following:

- Green box icon showing email is signed in message list

- No paperclip in message list indicating there are attachments

- smime.p7m file shows as attachment in preview pane

- no "real" attachments shown

If I double-click on message to open in a separate window the attachments appear in the email and smime.p7m is no longer shown in list. Also, the preview pane usually now shows the attachments.

I reported this many months ago and it seem to be fixed for one release and then it came back.

The contact support option is strangely not available in the Help menu, so I can't report it again. I have tried to fix the menu issue also.
