Assistance with Folder, Alias E-mail, and Focus/Other Tab

I have an alias e-mail that for a while showed up on the left-hand side of the outlook app and worked perfectly. Suddenly the App started changing my Focused/Other tabs to All/Unread, which caused the alias e-mail address to disappear (including the dropdown functions that include Inbox, Drafts, Junk Email, Outbox, Sent Mail, etc.). My App does not allow me to use View>View Focus E-mails and change the function. Thus, I went to the online/web version of outlook and made sure that the View by Focus/Other Tabs was checked. When I restarted the Outlook App, it worked at first and populated the alias e-mail and dropdown menu as if everything would smoothly like before. But then it disappeared, notably at the same time the Focused/Other tabs changed against to All/Unread.

If you follow, it seems that I've changed what I can to show Focused/Other Tabs but my Outlook App wants to reconfigure itself for some reason, about one to two minutes after loading. I do not want to only access the alias e-mail inbox via the web/online browser so my question is: How to fix this issue or "revert" the Outlook App to work as it was before.

Last Fact: My phone also has both e-mails working perfectly fine. So the issue the is solely with the Outlook App on my computer. Thanks for any thoughts or help on how to fix this issue.
