Archiving a huge amount of emails in Outlook

Hi there

I have an account connected to Outlook as an Exchange account (data file of this account to .ost). There are 95GB of e-mails on this account, so a lot (the limit on the account is 100GB). I want to archive emails from a certain date range to a .pst file on my computer to free up space for this account on the server. There are about 30 subfolders in this account.

I do not want to perform this archiving through the tool built into Outlook because I heard that using this tool is associated with the risk of losing e-mails. Do any of you have such experiences?

How else can I archive as efficiently as possible if I am afraid of the above solution due to the risk of losing e-mails?
