Archiving - Goes to Deleted in "Recover items recently removed from this folder"
I turned on archving. On the top level I have selected "Do not archive items in this folder"
In Sent Items I have set a folder to move them to.
I am finding emails in the permanently deleted items folder. I do not understand why. The auto archive runs every couple days. I see some emails archived but others are going into the recovery folder.

When you use AutoArchive, the emails are moved out of your mailbox and into a separate pst-file.
This moving process is considered a "permanent delete" for the mailbox that you are moving the messages out of.
AutoArchive mimics the folder structure of your mailbox when moving the messages. When you open the pst-file containing your archived items (if not mapped already within Outlook, use; File-> Open & Export-> Open Outlook Data File), you'll find archived messages from your Sent Items folder within the Sent Items folder of the pst-file.
