Archive Folders
What is the difference between the two archive folders shown below? Why do I have two?

I am an Independent advisor answering questions about Outlook.
The first Archive in the image is the default archive folder in Outlook.
The second folder called Archives can either be a separate folder called Archives or the In-Place Archives for separate storage. What shows in the drop down menu of the Archives? Are you using the Classic Outlook?

- In-Place Archiving is a messaging method to eliminate and manage mailboxes. With in-place archives you can move older emails to archive to save storage.
