App not signing in and automatically stops responding on androidd app. Thsi has happenned four times

User of outloook amdroid app.. Afer logging in the app works lerfecrly. Some times it freezes and stops working. Thia happened four times in a month. I have tried all settings as explained in goodle and till now resolved issues. But no i am not geting the app working. Please suggest remedy
