Anyone else hate the New Desktop Outlook?.
I was forced to switch to new outlook today since my two critical gmail accounts no longer work in Outlook Classic. A global help desk company said they were flooded with calls. None of their tricks worked. The only solution was to move to new Outlook.
New Outlook is for beginners, not power users that use rules and advance contact management features not found in new outlook.

I have worked the Classic Outlook & GMail problem with a number of users. The suggested workarounds from Microsoft Support have fixed the problem for everyone I have been in contact with. (The problem may reoccur and you have to Clear the Windows Credentials again)
