Always landing in my Junk folder!!
My Partner Organization is sending me emails which are always landing in my Junk folder. I want to know why and how can I solve it?
You can add the organization domain (@domain.com) to your Safe list.
Outlook Online:
- Click on the Settings Icon
- Search and select "Safe senders and domains"
- Click on +Add
- Type the company's domain name, which follows the @ symbol
