Adding folders in Outlook

I'm using Outlook version 16.70 for Mac and there doesn't seem to be a way to add sub folders into my inbox for this updated version. When right clicking on my email address, the option to "Add Folder" is greyed out. 

Seems odd that this isn't possible - can anyone provide any suggestions?
