Have you performed this necessary step? In the web browser xfinity interface, you must go to settings, security, and check the box to allow access by a third-party.
I did this months and months ago, and up until Nov 23, 2023, it was working. Suddenly I am having same issue as you describe. Did Microsoft or Xfinity make a change?
