Acknowledgment of receipt in outlook

Hello

I need to setup an Acknowledgment of receipt shared mailbox in outlook I need the Acknowledgment of receipt to appear only when an external user outside of our organisation. So far I did not find anything on how to do that 

Any ideas?

    can you please confirm do you need to send an automatic Acknowledgment of receipt for a shared mailbox when specific external user(s) send you an email or all external users?
