Same thing happened to me. My recovery email for my main account was also a microsoft. i created it just to use as a recovery email, for my main one. now they deleted it and it won't let me create it back. i know exactly what it is. my main account has purchases on it every time i leave the state. i cant access my account anymore it tells me to verify with the microsoft account that no longer exists.
