Account hacked with no response from account recovery

Use the Microsoft Sign-in Helper first, then submit the account recovery form again from a familiar device and location using the most accurate account information you can provide.
Microsoft says the recovery result is sent to the working email address you provide within 24 hours, so make sure that address is correct and check the junk or spam folder as well. Recovery form submissions are limited to twice per day.
Microsoft support agents cannot manually reset the password or change account details for you.
