HiMy outlook this afternoon suddenly decided to stop working properly. I have 2 outlook emails neither of them are sending emails with attachments. I can't even send one to myself without it being rejected. There is no admin person to refer to. What is going on? The messages get sent back with:Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it. Diagnostic information for administrators:Generating server: SE2P216MB1965.KORP216.PROD.OUTLOOK.COMRemote server returned '550 5.7.520 Message blocked because it contains content identified as spam. AS(4810)'Original message headers: I've taken out the email address I was trying to send to which was written under Generating Server. I have had a look at other community forums and cannot find a resolution.Thanks

********SOLUTION and the cause are in the user computer *****After 2 days working to sort the problem SOLUTION:The Problem: Virus - malwares.The problem was just happening when attaching files on the email .The problem in my case was happening only in the Opera Browser .The test did sending from mobile and Mozilla Firefox was fine .Than a conclusion of some possible problems started extensions I had allowed on Opera .Also coincident or not I was trying to setup some smart plug using EWELINK the while I was doing the configuration some settings were drastic change in my network by using this application to setup the smart plugs … if you every want use any cctv cameras or any this smart plugs don’t attach it in your local area network …. I always avoid but this time I was did not want create a VPN or setup a separate swich and end up in troubles as it …..solutions:reset windows firewall for default.reset network for default.Remove and uninstall all extensions from all your browsers.running “eset online scanner” than remove all virus .running Malwarebytes scanner and go in settings and mark deep check root fixed option.Finalising open the windows virus and Theat protection and do all options available there .. deep check and others will restart computer to do the check.My problem now sorted .Why was come this message returning emails? how do you get the help to resolve this. I found a number to call but as soon as they found out it was for a personal email i got sent back here. I use a personal email for my business.

Same here. Does not allow PDF or OpenDocument files to go through. Sent as xls and all good.

I chat with microsoft, they said it was a problem on their end. They are working on fixing the issue. Here is where I had the chat and gave them my email address, so they can fix it and keep me informed.

  losingthewilltolive I am also having the same problem. I can send pictures, but no pdf on my computer. My cell phone yes, I can send pdf. I think the server on microsoft is buggy. I see the problem with others, are around the same time. Hopefully Microsoft will fix their server problem.
