30 day security ban.

Hi, my wife locked her account by entering incorrect password. The recovery email address is long deleted so we cannot get a code sent to it. And we don't have an option of adding a phone number to recover.

We've looked everywhere to sort this, she cannot afford to have her account closed for 30 days. As she uses it for her private work.

We annot get help with either a phone number, online chat, or even troubleshooter.
