18 Months of Bad Outlook

As the subject states, As of September (next week), I will have been dealing with bad Outlook for 18 months. The biggest issue is my Junk folder has been made useless. It is useless as a Junk folder because I've had some legitimate mail go to it, I've had ALL legitimate mail go to it, and now I have many emails going to it that should not be.

The ALL legitimate mail going to my Junk folder was due to the one time I got a hold of someone representing Microsoft (Around May of 2023), who instructed me to change settings, start and restart multiple times, reset settings, etc., etc. Everything was shut down for the night, and the next morning when powering up and opening Outlook, I found EVERY email in the Junk folder.

I spent almost 3 hours trying to undo what the rep had me change, and now I am at the point to where no matter how many emails are in my Junk folder, I have to verify they are Junk, because many LEGITIMATE emails are still going to Junk. I've attached the latest of Microsoft's genius moves, their own email to me regarding Defender's results in the Junk folder in the last 30 minutes or so.
