@ symbol in a message under Mail section but it is not available.

Hello,

I am trying to find a way to enable @mention feature in my Outlook. I went through couple of videos and posts but still not able to fix the issue. 

Ideally I should get the option checkbox “Suggest names to mention when I use the @ symbol in a message under Mail section but it is not available.
