.live Account Recovery
My email in the .live domain was deleted due to inactivity. I have a third party account that is sending recovery information to this email address. What options do I have to recover messages that are being delivered to this email?
I'd like to either have the email address recreated, free up the domain so that I can recreate the email, or have emails that are being sent to this address forwarded to my current email. I've tried reaching out to microsoft, and have put in a privacy request as well, but haven't had success. Are there any other options I can try?

Accounts which have been inactive for over 2 years, and when no exception applies to the account, get deleted.
See: Microsoft account activity policy | Microsoft Support
Email addresses are not being recycled so you can't create a new account with the old address anymore either.
Contact the provider of your 3rd party account on how to reset your credentials when your recovery address is no longer available or valid. It sounds like that is what you actually want to achieve, right? ;-)

One option would be to try to recreate the same email, but I don't see the live option anymore, only hotmail and outlook. I think the only way is to try to reach the Microsoft support again.
