‘Something went wrong’ Logging into Outlook

Hello

Please help!! I use my son’s email address a few times a month to send him pictures of his life growing up, I have done this since he was a baby. Randomly, about a month ago I can’t log into his email, states - ‘Something went wrong’. I have no idea why. I have tried to log on through an iPad safari browsers (usual way) and also tried an iPhone and Microsoft laptop, all are providing the same. I was hoping it was a temporary glitch but it is still the same a few weeks on.

Any ideas I how I can access this again?
