Windows 10 Photos app not seeing Files on Demand pictures?

It took me a while to get to this point but this still seems to be the case. Despite both being Microsoft's services with nearly the same name and look and feel, Onedrive and Onedrive for Business are two different worlds. Discombobulating, especially since people and sometimes even Microsoft abbreviates Onedrive for Business to Onedrive. Photos apparently does work with Onedrive, but not with cloud only photo's stored in Onedrive for Business. Oh yeah, and you can sign in the photos app to Onedrive for Business, but that does not do the trick. So solution no, confirmation yes!
