Viewing photos on OneDrive

When viewing photos on OneDrive, the bottom ribbon appears...

(Share-Comment-Delete-Save-Add to Album).

The ribbon goes with a screen tap.

But when you swipe to the next photo, the ribbon reappears and you need to tap again to remove it for full screen view of the photo.

How can you stop the ribbon reappearing with every swipe?
