Unable to open OneDrive Settings via gear icon in Mac menubar

I'm experiencing exactly the same thing. After my Mac goes to sleep mode, it is also not possible anymore to click the cog wheel in the OneDrive overlay.

- I tried to fix it by resetting Onedrive, uninstalling, to no avail. Microsoft support is of no help beyond suggesting that. They don't seem to care.
Summertime_Rolls The only "fix" for me is restarting the onedrive application. Sad that Microsoft doesn't seem to care. Have you filed a bug report?
- Yes, restarting the app does work but only for a short time for me until the gear icon becomes unresponsive again.
